Return Policy
Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print that is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge upon receiving images of damage. Please submit images of any faults or damages to krista@kristaespino.com
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at krista@kristaespino.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
All prints should match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at krista@kristaespino.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority.
Cancellations And Changes
You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.
Change Of Mind
We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
Shipping
Items are made to order and typically ship within 5-7 business days. Production and shipping times will be no more than 10-14 days. Shipping cost is added at check-out and includes the cost of shipment and the material used to ship out the print. Tracking numbers will be given once item has shipped.
Expedited production and shipment may be possible at an additional cost if you contact Krista Espino Photography before purchasing. Depending on the size of print and location of client, item may be printed and shipped from France or from the country of the order for environmental and economical reasons. Prints will be carefully rolled and shipped in either a circular or triangular cardboard mailing tube, both of which are recyclable. Terms of Service
Acceptance Of Terms: Your purchase of Krista Espino Photography products or services is subject to certain Terms and Conditions. When you order art from Krista Espino Photography, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in detail and agree to bind by the terms documented here:
Legality Of Content: You agree that all products produced and sold by Krista Espino Photography are for novelty purposes only. Krista Espino Photography does not make any claims about the legal compliance or registration issues. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to check with any applicable legal authority for the standards, rules and regulations if applicable to the use of our goods.
Material For Printing: When making a purchase, you agree that you have read our website and researched independently and know about the material on which the printing is done. You agree that Krista Espino Photography will not be responsible if the materials thought by the purchaser was something other than advertised on the website.
Order: You agree that Krista Espino Photography will take at least 1-3 weeks as production time, starting from the time the order has been made. Moreover, you agree that shipping time may also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order.
Changes To Your Order: You agree that you have carefully reviewed the product details before actually placing your order. Krista Espino Photography is not responsible for revising or canceling orders once an order has been placed.
Colors In The Final Print: You agree that Krista Espino Photography does not guarantee that the final colors of your purchased print will be exactly the same as were shown on your screen. Krista Espino Photography works hard to make the colours on the print to be as close as possible to the colors shown on the screen but does not guarantee a 100% match. All screen settings are different and the colours displayed on your screen may be different to that of the final printed product.
Return and Refund: Krista Espino Photography will provide a replacement if the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the first month of delivery or if the product is damaged during the delivery process.
You agree that in such circumstances you will be required to take a photograph of the broken product and send it to our support team. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Krista Espino Photography will send a replacement of the product or will issue credit in our print store for repurchase.
You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Krista Espino Photography
